It's clear they only care about taking your money and couldn't care less about providing the support you expect from an insurance company. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for insurance –"

"If you need business interruption insurance do not come here I had insurance with this agency for 2 years when something went wrong with my business no one seemed to care , when I filed for the interruption for my business being shut down for a month they refused to help, your money is no good here .. all this office cares about is their Stanley cups and cute selfies on the weekends ,, a complete rip off ."
